Return & Refund Policy
At Muumus LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, our Return & Refund Policy explains how you can return items and request a refund.
1. Returns
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
Some items (e.g., personalized or perishable products) may not be eligible for return.

Our team will provide instructions and a return shipping address.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know when submitting your return request.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at help@muumus.com with a photo of the issue.
We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
6. Shipping Returns
